About the building

Living at The Windsor

The Windsor is a concrete tower of 43 to 44 stories that opened as the Outrigger Hobron Hotel and was converted to residential condominiums in 2003, with a remodel in 2004. It holds about 180 fee simple homes: one-bedrooms of roughly 500 to 600 square feet, two-bedrooms in the 900 to 1,100 square foot range, and two-story and garden units of up to about 1,700 square feet. Each unit has at least one secured garage stall, and the building has guest stalls and EV chargers.

The building sits on Hobron Lane at the western edge of Waikiki near Ala Moana. Kahanamoku Beach, Ala Moana Beach Park and Ala Moana Center are a few minutes away, and the grounds include a gated garden entry with koi ponds and waterfalls.

Rentals: Hawaiiliving says short-term vacation rentals are not allowed; locationshawaii says it is not zoned legal for vacation rentals. Confirm current zoning, registration and house rules before you buy.
