Does Skyline rail serve Kapolei?

Yes. Skyline starts at Kualaka'i (East Kapolei) Station, and the next two stops are Keone'ae at UH West Oahu and Honouliuli at Ho'opili. The city lists park-and-ride lots at Keone'ae and Honouliuli, free for transit riders and limited to 24 hours. HART says the open line runs to Middle Street, with the extension to Civic Center under construction.
