The Ritz-Carlton Residences is a pair of high-rise condominium-hotel towers developed by Pacrep LLC (formed by Irongate) and designed by Guerin Glass Architects. The Ewa tower at 383 Kalaimoku Street (completed in 2016; some records show 2014) has about 307 units, and the Diamond Head tower at 2139 Kuhio Avenue, completed in 2018, has about 246; the towers connect at the eighth-floor lobby.
