It is a cooperative: buyers purchase shares in the corporation that owns the building, which carry the right to occupy a unit, and the tenure is recorded as leasehold. There is no elevator, and laundry is shared on the ground floor.
The building is on Uluniu Avenue a little over 100 yards from Waikiki Beach, in the main shopping and dining area of the district.
