Pacific Monarch is a 32- to 34-story concrete tower completed in 1980 with about 216 to 218 units, nearly all of them studios of about 350 to 360 square feet or one-bedroom units of about 443 square feet. It operates as a condo hotel with a front desk, and an on-site hotel operator rents units for owners who join its program. Recent building work has reportedly included concrete spalling repair and painting, replacement of all three elevators and a fire system upgrade.
