Four Paddle is a 25-story concrete tower completed in 1974 with 250 units, nearly all one-bedroom plans of about 553 sq ft plus some studios. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, barbecue area, recreation area, security and air conditioning, and every unit has at least one parking stall. A small number of units hold nonconforming use certificates for short-term rental.

The building is on Kuhio Avenue at the Ewa end of Waikiki, across from the two Ritz-Carlton Residences towers, which block ocean views from many units. Waikiki Beach Walk, Fort DeRussy and the beach are a short walk away.

Rentals: Hawaii Living reports short-term renting is not allowed except in units with a nonconforming use certificate, fewer than 20 of which exist. Condo guide lists vacation rentals allowed and zoning HOTEL; locationshawaii data says not zoned legal. Treat as NUC-only. Confirm current zoning, registration and house rules before you buy.
